提高液压支架套筒钻孔精度的工艺装备

摘要 对液压支架的套筒在钻孔的工艺过程中所产生的钻孔偏移、钻头损耗,以及人工划线偏差大、耗时久等问题和缺陷进行分析研究,设计出一种新型钻孔工艺装备,该工艺装备采用钻套和V形块的工装配套,确保孔加工面与钻床主轴垂直,节省了划线的工序,提高了加工精度和加工效率;根据此工装专门制定了一套新的加工工艺。应用该新型钻孔工装不仅能节能降耗,还能保证安全生产。 The problems and defects of drilling deviation,bit loss,large deviation of manual drawing line and time consuming in the drilling process of the sleeve of hydraulic support were analyzed and studied,a new kind of drilling technological equipment was designed,which adopts the fitting of drill sleeve and V-block to ensure that the hole machining surface is perpendicular to the spindle of the drilling machine,saves the process of drawing lines,and improves the machining precision and efficiency.According to this tool,a new process was specially designed.The application of this new drilling tool can not only save energy and reduce consumption,but also ensure safe production.
