工作面三角煤清理装置的设计与开发

Design and Development of Clearing Equipment of Triangular Coal in Working Face

由于目前综采工作面刮板输送机机头、机尾位置(三角煤)散落的煤均需人工清理,工人作业时间长,清理效果差,并造成一定的资源浪费。为此,研究开发一种代替人工作业的三角煤清理装置,减轻工人劳动强度,减少井下辅助作业时间,提高生产效率。

At present,the scattered coal in the area of head and tail(triangular coal)needs to be cleared manually,which needs more working time,and the effection is not good,also causes some resouce waste.So developed a clearing equipment which can be used for replacing manual operation,reduce the labor intensity and auxiliary operationtime,upgrade the efficency.
