摘要
为了适应电牵引采煤机日益增长的装机功率,平衡变频器体积与电控系统在电控箱内安装空间的矛盾,需对原装变频器进行结构改造。采煤机用变频器结构设计主要包括所有元器件三维建模、散热底板设计、主电路铜排设计、输入/输出端口设计、驱动控制单元安装结构设计、变频器外壳设计、变频器内部安装工艺设计及变频器整机安装结构设计。
In order to adopt the increasing installed power of electric haulage shearer,balance the contradiction between inverter volume and electric control system in electric cabinet installation space,the structure needs to modify the original converter.Structure design of frequency converter for shearer mainly includes:all components of 3D modeling,cooling plate design,design of main circuit copper platoon,input/output port design,drive control unit installation structure design,frequency converter shell design,frequency converter internal installation process design,and frequency converte installation structure design.
