摘要
为解决马泰壕煤矿煤层顶板赋存巨厚层状坚硬岩层的问题,选用MCQY1-50型产气具实施气体致裂技术对覆岩进行预裂破坏,达到冲击地压防控的目的。对比爆破冲击、水力压裂和气体致裂技术的优缺点,采用经验分析、理论分析方法对气体致裂范围进行研究,并进行单孔、双孔的燃烧和爆轰过程模拟,分析装置因素和炮孔因素对气体致裂效果的影响。
In order to solve the problem of the thick layered hard rock in the roof of Mataihao coal mine,MCQY1-50 type gas producing tool was adopted to carry out the gas fracturing technology to precrack the overburden to achieve the purpose of rock burst prevention and control.The advantages and disadvantages of blasting impact,hydraulic fracturing and gas fracturing technology were compared.The range of gas fracturing was studied by empirical analysis and theoretical analysis,and the combustion and detonation process of single and double holes were simulated.The influences of device factors and hole factors on gas fracturing effect were analyzed.
