摘要
针对现有监测方法难以精准识别输送带跑偏的情况,提出了一种带式输送机跑偏监测预警方法。介绍了该方法的工作原理,提出了中心线点集识别算法。基于霍夫变换和最小二乘法拟合出初始状态和运行状态下输送带下表面的中心线方程,根据所提出的跑偏预警策略实时监测输送带跑偏情况。实验结果表明,该方法能够准确识别出带式输送机跑偏类别、方向以及程度,可适用于不同类型带式输送机跑偏情况的在线监测、预警,具有一定的推广应用价值。
In view that it is difficult to accurately identify the belt deviation by the existing monitoring methods,a detection and early warning method of conveyor belt deviation was proposed.The operating principle of the method was introduced,and the recognition algorithm of center line point set was proposed.The center line equations of the lower surface of the conveyor belt in the initial state and running state were fitted based on Hough transform and least squares method.According to the early warning strategy of deviation proposed,the real time detection of belt deviation was realized.The experimental results show that this method can recognize the type,direction and degree of belt deviation,can be used for on-line monitoring and early warning of different types of belt conveyor deviation and has a certain application value.
