摘要 针对矿山现场巡检环境复杂、作业人员经验不足、现场故障处理效率低等问题,提出基于增强现实(AR)技术、移动互联网技术和专家知识库的智能巡检远程协助系统。以AR头戴设备作为现场信息采集端,通过移动网络进行双向数据传偷,结合专家知识库和设备运行信息库,专家可远程协助现场进行设备问题定位分析及远程监督,从而有效提升巡检作业效率。 Aiming at the problems of complex inspection environment,inexperienced operators and low efficiency of on-site fault handling in mines,an intelligent inspection remote assistance system based on augmented reality(AR)technology,mobile Internet technology and expert knowledge base was proposed.The AR headwear device was used as the on-site information collection terminal and carried out twoway data transmission through the mobile network.Combined with the expert knowledge base and the equipment operation information base,experts can remotely assist the on-site equipment problem location analysis and remote supervision,thus effectively improving the efficiency of patrol inspection.
