摘要
泵站工程多用于农业灌溉排水和城市给水排水。随着社会经济发展,工程规模逐渐变大,更加重视投资浪费等问题。泵站结构计算经常将其简化为二维结构进行计算。随着计算软件的丰富,通过三维计算发现,二维结构计算结构与三维计算结果差距较大。尤其在控制性节点的结果值上,二维结构计算结果远远大于三维结构计算结果。以天长川桥河余桥泵站为研究对象,基于MIDAS GTS NX有限元软件,对泵站站身进行三维空间的有限元分析,为同类结构采用该软件提供参考。
Pump station projects are mostly used for agricultural irrigation and drainage and urban water supply and drainage.With the development of social economy,the scale of projects has gradually increased,and more attention has been paid to issues such as investment waste.Pump station structure calculation is often simplified to a two-dimensional structure for calculation.With the enrichment of computing software,it has been found through three-dimensional calculations that there is a large gap between the calculated results of two-dimensional structures and three-dimensional calculations.Especially in the result value of the control node,the two-dimensional structure calculation result is far greater than the three-dimensional structure calculation result.Taking Tianchang Chuanqiao River Yuqiao Pumping Station as the research object,based on MIDAS GTS NX finite element software,a three-dimensional finite element analysis of the pumping station body is conducted,providing a reference for similar structures to adopt this software.
