浅谈堰闸过水平均流速法定线推流

摘要 为对堰闸站流量系数线进行率定分析,建立流量系数与相关因素关系曲线,达到流量软在线和流量间测的目的。依据茨淮新河插花闸和长河枞阳闸站的实测流量资料,采用堰闸过水平均流速法分析率定淹没式孔流、淹没式堰流和自由式孔流流量系数关系曲线,并对历年综合点采用幂指数公式拟合。结果表明:定线精度指标和关系线检验均满足整编规范要求,综合幂指数公式,不仅利于流量报汛和整编,而且方便流量软在线技术应用。分析表明:堰闸过水平均流速法计算简单,易于操作,适用于多种流态,可作为堰闸站定线推流的主要方法之一。 In order to perform calibration analysis on the flow coefficient line of the weir gate station and achieve the purpose of soft online and inter flow measurement,the relationship curve between the flow coefficient and related factors is established.Based on the measured flow data of the Huahua Sluice on the Cihuai New River and the Zongyang Sluice Station on the Changhe River,the flow coefficient relationship curves of the rated submerged orifice flow,the submerged weir flow,and the free orifice flow are analyzed using the average horizontal flow velocity method through the weir gate,and the power exponential formula is used to fit the comprehensive points over the years.The results show that both the alignment accuracy index and the relationship line inspection meet the requirements of the integration specification.Integrating the power exponential formula is not only conducive to flow reporting and integration,but also convenient for the application of flow soft online technology.The analysis shows that the method of average flow velocity across the weir gate is simple to calculate,easy to operate,and suitable for various flow patterns.It can be used as one of the main methods for pushing flow through the weir gate station's alignment.
