水文站改建工程防洪能力研究

摘要 自建国以来我国大力推进大江大河水文监测系统建设工程,水文监测系统日益完善,至今已收集长系列水文资料,为全国水利行业的发展起到了重要的基石作用。为提高水文站水资源优化调度和抗旱防汛服务能力,需对站点改造建设。为此,以刘家道口水文站为例,基于最新规范要求对水文站改建工程进行防洪影响评价,可为类似工程起到示范作用,为水文现代化建设奠定基础。 Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,China has vigorously promoted the construction of hydrological monitoring systems for large rivers,and the hydrological monitoring system has become increasingly perfect.So far,a long series of hydrological data has been collected,which has played an important cornerstone role in the development of the national water conservancy industry.In order to improve the capacity of hydrological stations to optimize water resources scheduling and provide drought and flood prevention services,it is necessary to reconstruct and construct the stations.Therefore,taking Liujia Daokou Hydrological Station as an example,the flood control impact assessment of the hydrological station reconstruction project is conducted based on the latest specification requirements.It can play a demonstration role for similar projects and lay a foundation for the construction of hydrological modernization.
