Study on Selection of Technical Parameters of Scraper Conveyor in Super Long Working Face

超长工作面刮板输送机链条长度增长、负载增加,容易出现链条断链和功率不足等问题。以国内首个中厚煤层450 m超长工作面刮板输送机为研究对象,对槽宽与运量、消耗功率及链条选型进行了详细研究,确定了超长工作面刮板输送机技术参数,为煤矿井下超长工作面刮板输送机的可靠和高效运行提供理论支撑。

For the scraper conveyor with super long working face,the chain length increases and the load increases,the chain is easy to break and the power is insufficient.Taking the first 450 m super long working face scraper conveyor in medium thick coal seam in China as the research object,the groove width and traffic volume,power consumption and chain selection were studied in detail,the technical parameters of the super long working face scraper conveyor were determined,which provides theoretical support for the reliable and efficient operation of the scraper conveyor in the super long working face of coal mine.
