摘要
为了能够在水平定向钻机虚拟实训系统中实时模拟钻头的地下钻进状态,使拖管工艺可视化,设计了基于Unity3D的水平定向钻进工艺仿真系统。通过对钻头受力模型的分析,结合计算机图形学理论,利用Unity3D编写脚本程序实时渲染地下钻进情况。结果表明,系统能够实现钻机仿真和地下钻进工艺可视化,对虚拟水平定向钻进系统具有一定指导意义。
In order to simulate the underground drilling state of the drill bit in real-time in the virtual training system of horizontal directional drilling rig and visualize the pipe dragging process,a horizontal directional drilling process simulation system based on Unity3D was designed.Through the analysis of the force model of the drill bit,combined with the theory of computer graphics,the script program is written by Unity3D to render the underground drilling situation in real-time.The results show that the system can realize the drill simulation and underground drilling process visualization,which has certain guiding significance for the virtual horizontal directional drilling system.
