摘要
输送带自移机尾在整个井下运输系统中起着至关重要的作用,其移动频率直接影响着工作面的推进速度。在采煤过程中,传统的输送带自移机尾行程短、移动频繁、效率低,不利于综采工作面的快速推进。为了提高综采工作面的推进速度、减轻工人的劳动强度,研发了一种以短行程油缸实现大行程推移的智能输送带自移机尾。
The conveyor belt self-moving tail plays a vital role in the entire underground transportation system,and its movement frequency directly affects the propulsion speed of the working face.In the process of coal mining,the traditional conveyor belt self-shifting tail stroke is short,frequent and inefficient,which is not conducive to the rapid advancement of the fully mechanized mining face.In order to improve the propulsion speed of the fully mechanized mining face and reduce the labor intensity of workers,an intelligent conveyor belt self-shifting tail with short-stroke cylinder to achieve large-stroke movement was developed.
