摘要
从实际出发,归纳了薄煤层采煤机摇臂研发过程中传动链的几种布置方法:全直齿传动和直齿传动+NGW型行星齿轮传动机构传动。薄煤层采煤机摇臂在结构上可分为传统窄摇臂和C形摇臂2种。通过对薄煤层采煤机摇臂齿轮传动链和结构进行优化,使摇臂能够适应各种工作面不同的设计要求,更好地完成截煤和辅助装煤的工作。
Proceed from reality,summed up several arrangement methods of transmission chain in the process of rocker arm of the thin seam shearer research and development:full straight tooth transmission and straight tooth transmission+NGW planetary gear transmission mechanism.In terms of structure,the rocker arm of thin seam shearer can be divided into two types:traditional narrow rocker arm and C-type rocker arm.Through optimizing the gear transmission chain and the structure of the rocker arm of the thin seam shearer,the rocker arm can adapt to the different design requirements of various working faces and better complete the work of the cutting and auxiliary loading coal.
