刮板输送机耐磨性改进效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对煤矸石等高硬度物料运输刮板输送机,通过采取提升材料性能、改进结构等多项举措以解决刮板输送机磨损快、寿命低的问题,并将改进后的设备应用于某解放层煤矸石开采运输工作面开展工业性试验。结果表明,改进后的刮板输送机使用寿命明显提升,设备主体寿命可达到250万t过矿量,关键易损件过矿量相对较低,但可局部更换且更换便捷。 In view of the scraper conveyor for transporting high hardness materials such as coal gangue,many measures were taken to improve the material performance and structure to solve the problems of quick wear and low service life of the scraper conveyor,the improved equipment was applied to a certain coal gangue mining and transportation face in liberation seam to carry out industrial test.The results show that the service life of the improved scraper conveyor was obviously increased,and the life of the main part of the equipment can reach 2.5 million tons of ore-passing capacity,the ore quantity of the key vulnerable parts is relatively low,but it can be partial replacement and and easy to replace.
