矿用红外光学透雾摄像仪研究与应用

摘要 针对煤矿粉尘、水雾环境下图像噪声明显、纹理细节不突出、图像边缘锐化不明显等问题,研制一款矿用红外光学透雾摄像仪。利用红外透雾原理进行成像,根据煤矿井下对设备安全性的要求设计了本安保护电路,并设计光电保护电路以保证信号稳定传输。实验证明,该摄像仪能在复杂的矿井环境下增强图像质量,有效视距可提高2~3倍。 Aiming at the problems such as obvious image noise,inconspicuous texture details and inconspicuous image edge sharpening in coal dust and water mist environment,a mine infrared optical fog penetrating camera was developed.The infrared fog penetration principle was used for imaging,and the intrinsically safe protection circuit was designed according to the safety requirements of the equipment in the coal mine,and the photoelectric protection circuit was designed to ensure the stable transmission of the signal.The experiment shows that this camera can enhance the image quality in complex mine environment,and the effective sight distance can be increased by 2 to 3 times.
