WK-35电铲推压装置智能保护系统的设计与应用

摘要 为解决WK-35电铲推压皮带张紧力不足和超负荷连续过载作业造成推压皮带、推压轴等部件失效问题,降低故障率,达到节约维修成本的目的,设计了一种推压装置智能保护系统。应用结果表明,该系统实现了对推压电机轴和推压减速箱输入轴转速差值的智能监测,分析出了推压皮带在运转过程中的实时动态滑差率。当推压皮带滑差率超出某一预警值后,系统做出相应的预警,达到了预期效果。 In order to solve the problem of failure of pushing belt,pushing shaft and other parts caused by insufficient tension of pushing belt and overload continuous overload operation of WK-35 electric shovel,effectively reduce the failure rate and achieve to save maintain costs,designed an intelligent protection system for the pushing device.The application results show that this system realizes the intelligent monitoring of the rotational speed difference between the pushing motor shaft and the input shaft of the pushing reduction box,and analyzes the real-time dynamic slip rate of the pushing belt during operation.When the slip rate of the pushing belt exceeds a certain warning value,the system makes a corresponding warning and achieves the expected effect.
