基于FFT的带式输送机电机故障诊断

摘要 以带式输送机的三相异步电机为对象,使用MATLAB中的Simulink仿真工具进行故障建模,通过快速傅里叶变换(FFT)将时域信号转换成频域信号,与正常状态下的频谱图对比,得出单相绕组接地发生故障时出现了显著的二倍频,而多相绕组接地发生故障时高频成分减少,同时主频率成分异常突出。 Taking the three-phase asynchronous motor of belt conveyor as the object,the Simulink simulation tool in MATLAB was used for fault modeling.The time domain signal was converted into frequency domain signal by fast Fourier transform(FFT),and compared with the spectrum diagram under normal state,it was concluded that when single-phase winding grounding fault occurred,there was a significant double frequency,while when the multiphase winding grounding fault occurred,the high frequency component was reduced,moreover the main frequency component was prominent.
