基于SolidWorks的远程供液系统压力损失仿真研究

摘要 为解决远程供液系统压力损失仿真问题,基于SolidWorks软件建模及Flow Simulation功能进行流体仿真。由于软件自身对于超远距离流体仿真的限制,采用补偿法对远程供液系统进行流体仿真。研究供液管道内部的压力损失,分析2种不同缩小比例的建模方法对于流体仿真结果的影响,并通过与理论计算值、试验值比较,验证了该方法的可行性与稳定性,为今后的设计提供了参考。 In order to solve the problem of pressure loss simulation of remote liquid supply system,fluid simulation was carried out based on software modeling and Flow Simulation function of SolidWorks.Due to the limitation of the software for fluid simulation of ultra-long distance,the compensation method was adopted to simulate the fluid of the remote liquid supply system.The pressure loss in the liquid supply pipeline was researched,and the influence of two different modeling methods of reducing the proportion on the fluid simulation results was analyzed.The feasibility and stability of the method were verified by comparing with the theoretical calculation results and experimental value,which provides the reference for future design.
