摘要
目前煤矿井下液压支架用安全阀由于其结构的密封性,很难通过肉眼实时观测其内部流动情况。基于FLUENT数值仿真软件,在不同开口度下对安全阀内部三维流场进行数值模拟。通过结果对比,可以显示出在不同开口度下安全阀内部真实的复杂流动,为后续安全阀内部结构设计提供了理论依据。
Because of the structural tightness of the safety valve for coal mine underground hydraulic support,it is difficult to observe its internal flow through the naked eye in real time.Based on FLUENT numerical simulation software,under different opening degrees,carried out numerical simulation of the three-dimensional flow field inside the safety valve.Through the comparison of results,it can show the real complex flow inside the safety valve under different opening degrees,and provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent internal structure design of the safety valve.
