考虑兴趣点的噪声暴露评价模型的构建及应用

摘要 文章构建了一种考虑兴趣点的噪声暴露评价模型,模型考虑了目前城市区域多类型用地杂糅,与早期的声环境功能区划分不匹配的实际情况,根据区域内各类型兴趣点的数量设置超标限值,再结合噪声暴露人群属性对区域噪声污染进行评价。并将模型应用于深圳市,基于深圳市噪声地图数据、兴趣点数据和人口密度数据等,对深圳市噪声污染情况进行评价,并将评价结果与不考虑兴趣点对声功能区影响的模型进行对比,证明模型符合实际情况,能更客观地评估区域的噪声污染情况。 This paper aims to construct a noise exposure evaluation model for cities with the consideration of interest points.In view of the present issues involving the multi-type land-use being mingling in disorder,which does not match the municipal original division planning of acoustic environmental functional areas,accordirgly,the noise limiting values based on the Acoustic Environmental Quality Standard were set considering the number of various types of interest points in urban areas,and thereby the noise pollution evaluation was conducted combining with the attributes of population exposed to noise.Then,the evaluation model was applied to the noise pollution evaluation of Shenzhen City with the assistance of the data involving the noise mapping,interest points and population density of the City,and the evaluation result was in comparison with the model that without considering the influence of interest points on the acoustic environmental function area.In conclusion,the developed model is in line with the actual situation of Shenzhen City,which could be used to objectively evaluate regional noisepollutionofacity.
