摘要
分析了一起氯乙烯转化器泄漏事件,认为其根本原因是转化器列管水侧发生的电化学腐蚀,从减少热水中的氢和氧含量,进而抑制电化学腐蚀方面提出了有效的防范措施。
An analysis was conducted on a vinyl chloride converter leakage event,and it was be-lieved that the root cause was electrochemical corrosion on the water side of the converter tube.Effective preventive measures were proposed to reduce the hydrogen and oxygen content in hot water,thereby in-hibiting electrochemical corrosion.
