对聚氯乙烯专用树脂生产装置进行了自动化改造,在DCS中增加了自动计算入料间隔时间的程序和中和剂自动加入程序,提高了生产的自动化水平,避免了人工操作带来的误差,降低了劳动强度。

An automation transformation had been carried out on the production facility for special polyvinyl chloride resin.A program for automatic calculating the feeding interval time and a program for automatic feeding of neutralizer had been added to the DCS.Thus,the automation level of production was improved,errors caused by manual operations were avoided,and labor intensity was reduced.
