摘要
针对不平衡单座和平衡笼式调节阀高温工况产生的不平衡力、密封效果差和尺寸设计通用性差等问题,研究先导平衡笼式调节阀设计方法。先导平衡笼式调节阀包括阀体、阀座、大阀芯、小阀芯、阀笼、弹簧、压板、阀杆、上阀盖以及密封环,设计步骤包括计算得到阀芯在不同开度下的流量和相应开度下的流通面积,小阀芯最大推力、小阀芯所需要的最小推力、大阀芯所需的最大提升力、大阀芯所需的最大密封力、大阀芯动态推力。通过改变小阀座直径值,对比使得小阀芯密封力、大阀芯提升力、大阀芯密封力、大阀芯动态推力趋于接近,得到以执行器推力最小的通用尺寸设计结构。由ANSYS软件仿真测得各个开度下的流量,得到了等百分比流量特性。对阀体和阀座分别进行了耐压和密封测试,强度和泄漏量均满足要求,泄漏等级可达Ⅵ,密封和尺寸通用性良好。
Aiming at the problems of unbalanced force,poor sealing and poor universality of size design caused by unbalanced single seat and balanced cage-guided valve at high temperature working condition,the design method of a pilot balanced cage-guided valve is studied.The pilot balanced cage-guided valve comprises a valve body,a valve seat,a large valve core,a small valve core,a valve cage,a spring,a pressure plate,a valve stem,an upper valve cover and a sealing ring.The design steps include calculating the flow rate of the spool under different opening degrees and the flow area under corresponding opening degrees,the maximum thrust of the small spool,the minimum thrust required by the small spool,the maximum lifting force required by the large spool,the maximum sealing force required by the large spool and the dynamic thrust of the large spool.By changing the diameter of small valve seat,the sealing force of the small valve core,the lifting force of the large valve core,the sealing force of the large valve core and the dynamic thrust of the large valve core tend to be close by comparison,and the general size design structure with the smallest actuator thrust is obtained.By ANSYS software simulation measurement of each opening of the flow,the equal percentage of flow characteristics is obtained.The valve body and the valve seat are tested for pressure resistance and sealing,and the strength and leakage all meet the requirements,the leakage grade could reach Ⅵ,and the sealing and size universality are good.
