摘要
超高压调节阀是生产高压聚乙烯LDPE/EVA装置中的重要设备,该调节阀的密封结构要求非常严格。针对超高压调节阀的技术要求进行密封结构设计,采用仿真和试验相结合的方法,分析超高压调节阀在入口处、出口处和阀杆处发生泄漏时对调节阀各项性能的影响。研究结果表明:当阀杆处填料压缩量大于5mm,且阀体与阀座处密封圈以及阀门进出口处密封面发生塑性变形时,能有效地实现该阀门的密封;当测试压力为360MPa时,调节阀的密封性能良好。
Ultra-high-pressure regulating valve is an important equipment in the LDPE/EVA device for producing high-pressure polyethylene,and the requirements of the sealing structure for this regulating valve is very strict.According to the technical requirements of the ultra-high-pressure regulating valve,the sealing structure is designed through both simulation and experiment.The impact of the leakage at the entrance,the exit and the valve stem of the ultra-high-pressure regulating valve on the performance of the regulating valve is analyzed.The research results show that the sealing of the valve can be effectively realized when the packing compression amount at the valve stem is more than 5 mm,and plastic deformation occurs in the sealing ring at the valve body and seat as well as the sealing surface of the valve inlet and outlet.When the test pressure is 360 MPa,the sealing performance of the regulating valve is good.
