摘要
从起重机自动化设计的需求及主要问题,通过比较实际图像确认三维设计软件的模拟相机成像的准确性,主要介绍了相机成像的三维设计软件模拟方法、多相机的拼接模拟方法、相机动态运动路径及视频生成的方法。进而实现了设计中的检测元件的相关干涉及遮挡校验、显示元件的可观性校验、辅助激光类精度校验、识别相关的可行性校验。
Based on the requirement of crane automation design and the characteristics of the camera and the laser,the camera image simulation method with the 3D design software is discussed and methods of multiple camera splicing simulation,camera dynamic motion path and video generation.The relevant interference and occlusion of the detection unit,the observability of the display unit,assistance verification of laser scanning accuracy and the feasibility verification of the identification units are realized.
