流行性腮腺炎的文献计量与可视化分析

Bibliometric and visual analysis of the mumps disease

目的了解国内外流行性腮腺炎的文献分布状况,探索研究趋势和热点内容,为该领域的研究提供进一步借鉴和参考。方法在中国知网、维普、万方和Web Of Science核心数据库中进行2012—2021年发表的流行性腮腺炎文献检索,通过CiteSpace 6.1.R3和Excel 2016软件对纳入的文献分别对发文数量、发文作者、发文机构、关键词、突现性、时间线等方面进行分析。结果2012—2021年,中国知网、维普、万方三大数据库共纳入2266篇中文文献,发文量先增加后减少;发文机构主要是疾病预防控制中心;高频关键词主要是流行特征、流行病学、腮腺炎、发病率等;时间线分析后主要形成了9个关键词聚类标签。Web Of Science核心数据库共纳入1884篇英文文献,发文量呈上升趋势;美国疾病预防控制中心是发文数量最多的机构,达103篇;关键词分析排在第1位的是腮腺炎,频次是432次,且前10位关键词中有4个与中文数据库的关键词分析相同;时间线分析后得到9个聚类标签。结论2012—2021年流行性腮腺炎在中文数据库和Web Of Science核心数据库中的发文量变化相反,但研究方向大致相同。

Objective To understand the literature distribution of mumps in China and abroad,and to explore research trends,hot topics,and to provide reference for research in this field.Methods Data were collected from Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP,Wanfang and Web Of Science.CiteSpace 6.1.R3 and Excel 2016 software were used to analyze the number of publications,authors,institutions,keywords,burst terms,and timelines from 2012 to 2021.Results From 2012 to 2021,a total of 2266 Chinese articles were collected from three major databases:CNKI,VIP and Wanfang.The number of published articles showed increased first and then decreased,the published institutions focused on Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,the high-frequency keywords were mainly epidemiological characteristics,epidemiology,mumps,incidence,etc;After the timeline analysis,9 keywords clustering labels were formed.A total of 1884 English articles were collected from Web Of Science,the number of publications showed the trend of growth;The U.S.Centers for Disease Control&Prevent had the largest number of publications with 103 papers,the first keyword analysis was mumps with 432 times,and 4 of the top 10 keywords were the same as the keywords analysis of Chinese databases,about 9 clustering labels were obtained after timeline analysis.Conclusions The number of publications of mumps was opposite in Chinese databases and Web Of Science from 2012 to 2021,but the research direction was the same broadly.
