基于Logistic回归分析高脂血症性急性胰腺炎患者复发的因素

To analyze the recurrence factors of hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis based on Logistic regression

目的基基于Logistic回归分析法对高脂血症性急性胰腺炎患者复发的因素进行探讨。方法纳人2019年1月至2019年12月我院收治的80例高脂血症性急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,出院后对其进行2年的随访,对其复发情况进行统计,比较复发和未复发患者的一般资料、围住院期情况和出院后血脂指标随访情况,应用Logistic回归分析法对复发影响因素进行分析。结果经2年随访统计共12例患者出现复发情况,复发率为15.00%。基于Logistic回归分析发现,年龄≥60岁、糖尿病病史、高血脂症严重程度、急性胰腺炎严重程度、出院时血脂指标偏高和随访血脂指标偏高是影响高脂血症性急性胰腺炎患者复发的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论高脂血症性急性胰腺炎复发率偏高,中重度高血脂和急性胰腺炎患者是复发高危人群,出院后应加强随访管理,尤其是老年患者和合并糖尿病患者,加强对其糖脂异常管理,降低危险因素的影响。

Objective To explore the factors of recurence in patients with hyperlipidemie acute pancreatitis based on Logistie regression analysis.Methods A total of 80 patients with hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis admited to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were included as the research objects.They were followed up for 2 years after discharge.The recurrence was statisti-cally analyzed.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of recurrence.Results A total of 12 patients had recurrence after 2 years of follow-up,and the recurrence rate was 15.00%.Based on Logistic regression analysis,it was found that age,history of diabetes,severity of hyperlipidemia,severity of acute pancreatitis,high blood lipid index at discharge and high blood lipid index at follow-up were risk factors for recurrence of patients with hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis(0R>1,P<0.05).Conclusion The recurrence rate of hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis is high.Patients with moderate to severe hyperlipidemia and a-cute pancreatitis are at high risk of recurence.Follow-up management should be strengthened after discharge,especially in elderly patients and patients with diabetes mellitus,to strengthen the management of abnormal glucose and lipid,and reduce the influence of risk factors.
