摘要
TiO_(2)介晶作为一种新型半导体材料,是由定向排列的初级纳米晶取向自组装形成的三维有序聚集体。因其独特的结晶方式而具有不同于传统TiO_(2)材料的独特性质,并且用相同合成方法所得TiO_(2)介晶的形貌结构大不相同,具有相同形貌结构的TiO_(2)介晶的性能和应用也大相径庭。概述了介晶的形成机理,总结了TiO_(2)介晶的制备方法,如水/溶剂热法、拓扑转化法、反相微乳液法等以及TiO_(2)介晶的光电催化性能,最后对TiO_(2)介晶的应用前景和研究方向进行了展望。
Titanium dioxide mesocrystal,as a new type of semiconductor material,is three-dimensional ordered aggregate formed by oriented self-assembly of primary nanocrystal.Because of its unique crystallization method,its properties are different from those of traditional TiO_(2)materials.The morphology and structure of TiO_(2)mesocrystal obtained by the same synthesis method are quite different,and the properties and applications of TiO_(2)mesocrystal with the same morphology and structure are also very different.This article outlined the formation mechanism of mesocrystal briefly and summarized the preparation methods of TiO_(2)mesocrystal,such as water/solvothermal method,topological transformation method,inverse microemulsion method,etc.,as well as the photocatalytic and electrocatalytic performance of prepared TiO_(2)mesocrystal.Finally,the application prospects and research directions of TiO_(2)were discussed.
