摘要
土壤种子库是湿地植物群落构建与修复的重要物质基础,了解不同水文条件下薹草(Carex)草丘湿地土壤种子库特征及其与土壤环境的关系,对于指导薹草草丘湿地的保护与修复具有重要意义。以莫莫格典型薹草草丘湿地为研究对象,采用野外收集与室内培育相结合的方法,研究湿润、淹水和干旱条件下土壤种子库特征及其与土壤环境因子的关系。结果表明,莫莫格薹草草丘湿地土壤种子库中共萌发湿地植物26科42属65种;瘤囊薹草(Carex schmidtii)在湿润和淹水湿地土壤种子库中都处于优势种地位;淹水湿地土壤种子库的物种丰富度显著高于其他样地;土壤容重是影响不同水文条件下湿地土壤种子库物种组成差异的关键因素;土壤含水量分别与土壤种子库物种丰富度、Simpson指数和Shannon-Wiener指数显著正相关,土壤种子库Pielou指数与土壤pH显著负相关。
Soil seed bank is an important material basis for the construction and restoration of plant communities in wetlands.Understanding the characteristics of soil seed banks and their relationships with soil factors under different hydrological conditions is of great significance for guiding the conservation and restoration of the tussock wetlands.In this study,field collection and laboratory cultivation were combined to explore these characteristics and relationships in the Momoge National Nature Reserve.The results showed that a total of 65 plant species belonging to 26 families and 42 genera were identified in the soil seed banks of tussock wetland.Carex schmidtii was the dominant species in the soil seed banks of both wet and flooded tussock wetland,and the species richness of the soil seed bank in flooded tussock wetland was significantly higher than that of other plots.Soil bulk density is the key factor affecting species composition of soil seed bank under different hydrological conditions.The species richness,Simpson index and Shannon-Wiener index were significantly positively correlated with soil water content,while the Pielou index was negatively correlated with soil pH.
