底特律S60发动机进气压力低故障分析

摘要 针对底特律S60发动机进气压力低这一故障,本文介绍了这种故障的解决过程。首先从基本原理出发讲述了底特律S60发动机电控系统原理以及进排气系统的结构原理。在对电控系统以及进排气系统的部件排查过程中从简单部分出发,依次排查进气压力传感器、进气连接管线、中冷器以及涡轮增压器,最终发现涡轮增压器的叶片存在损伤。于是更换涡轮增压器,最终这一故障被排除。 This article depicts the process of solving this failure of low air intake pressure on Detroit S60engine.Starting from basic principle,the principle and structure of electronic control system and air intake and exhaust system is described.And the workers started from simple ones in the process of finding problems from electronic control and air intake and exhaust system,and examined senor of air intake pressure,air intake pipe,charge air cooler and turbo charger in turn.Then the problem of blade of turbo charger was discovered.Finally,this failure disappeared when the turbo charger was replaced.
