摘要
通过Pechmann(佩奇曼)合成法和烷基化反应,合成了一种新型的荧光染料3-苯甲酰基-7-炔丙氧基香豆素。利用~1H NMR(氢核磁共振波谱法)、~(13)C NMR(碳核磁共振波谱法)和MS(质谱)对其结构进行了表征。所合成的香豆素类荧光染料最大紫外吸收波长为341 nm,荧光发射波长为402 nm。在加入常见金属离子后其紫外吸收和荧光发射波长均未出现明显的变化,只是荧光强度有所改变,这表明该荧光染料具有较高的光学稳定性。
A new fluorescent dye 3-benzoyl-7-allyloxycoumarin was synthesized by Pechmann synthetic method and alkylation reaction.The structure of the dye was characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR and MS.The maximum ultraviolet absorption wavelength of the synthesized coumarin fluorescent dye was 341 nm.Its fluorescence emission wavelength was 402 nm.Neither the ultraviolet absorption nor the fluorescence emission wavelength of the dye changed substantially and only the fluorescence intensity altered after addition of common metal ions.This indicates that the fluorescent dye has high optical stability.
