档案赋能乡村法治建设策略研究——基于乡村“法律明白人”培养工程

Study on the Construction Strategy of the Rule of Law in Rural Areas Empowered by Archives--Based on the Rural"people who understand the law"Training Project

乡村“法律明白人”培养工程是创新基层法治建设的必然要求。然而,各基层如何根据《乡村“法律明白人”培养工作规范(试行)》(2021)进一步细化培养方案,因地制宜,切实提升培训效果成为一道新难题。基于此,在我国新时代乡村振兴战略大背景下,研究档案与“法律明白人”培养工程的内在联系,提出档案助力乡村“法律明白人”培养的四条具体路径,最终创新档案赋能乡村法治建设新方式,为加快中国迈向社会主义法治国家贡献一份力量。

The training project of"Law Understander"in rural areas is an inevitable requirement for innovating the construction of the rule of law at the grass-roots level.However,how to further refine the training program,adjust measures to local conditions,and effectively improve the training effect has become a new problem for all grass-roots units according to the Work-Norms for the Training of People Who Understand the law in Rural Areas(2021).Based on this,in the context of China's rural revitalization strategy in the new era,the paper studies the internal relationship between archives and the training project of"Law Understander",proposes four specific paths for archives to help train rural"Law Understander",and ultimately innovates new ways for archives to empower rural rule of law construction,so as to contribute to accelerating China's progress towards a socialist country ruled by law.
