信息化社会背景下,探索高职档案信息服务能力提升的策略具有积极的意义。从档案信息服务的特征分析入手,描述档案信息服务的内容和方式,论述档案信息服务能力的构成,分析高职学校档案信息服务能力的影响因素,构建档案信息服务能力提升的思路,提出加强档案资源建设、提高安全管理能力、提高服务主动性、强化专业人才培养等对策建议,为推动高职院校档案管理工作可持续发展提供支持。

In the context of information society,it is of positive significance to explore strategies for improving the ability of archival information service in higher vocational colleges.Starting from the analysis of the characteristics of archival information service,this paper describes the content and methods of archival information service,expounds the composition of archival information service capabilities,analyzes the influencing factors of archival information service capabilities in higher vocational colleges,and constructs ideas for improving archival information service capabilities.It proposes countermeasures and suggestions of strengthening the construction of archival resources,improving security management capabilities,enhancing service initiative,and strengthening professional talent cultivation,so as to provide support for promoting the sustainable development of archives management in higher vocational colleges.
