解放战争中,阜新地区各级党组织遵照党中央、东北局和省委的指示,始终坚持大力发展与壮大人民武装力量,以革命的武装消灭反革命的武装,保证了开辟地区、巩固建设根据地、实行土地改革、建党建政等各项工作的顺利进行,为阜新地区解放斗争的胜利提供了助力。

During the Liberation War,Party organizations at all levels in Fuxin region,in accordance with the instructions of the Party Central Committee,the Northeast Bureau,and the Provincial Party Committee,always stuck to vigorously developing and strengthening people's armed forces,and eliminated the counterrevolutionary forces with revolutionary forces,thereby ensuring the smooth progress of various tasks such as opening up areas,consolidating and building base areas,implementing land reform and building the Party and government,and providing help with the victory of the liberation struggle in Fuxin region.
