Effect of exercise rehabilitation in patients with chronic kidney disease

摘要 目的:探讨运动康复对慢性肾脏病患者的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年10月在淄博一四八医院治疗的慢性肾脏病患者92例为研究对象。应用计算机分层抽样法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各46例。对照组实施常规运动康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上实施中等强度运动训练。实施干预前、干预3个月、6个月后,观察并比较两组患者肾功能下降速度、肌耐力及体力活动能力水平。结果:观察组与对照组肾小球滤过率(Glomerular Filtration Rate,GFR)下降速度、血清肌酐(Serum Creatinine,SCr)水平比较,存在组别、时间、交互效应(P<0.05);两组肌耐力水平比较,存在组别、时间、交互效应(P<0.05)。干预前,两组体力活动能力水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预3个月、6个月后,两组体力活动能力高于干预前,且观察组体力活动能力水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:中等强度运动康复训练助于减缓肾功能下降速度,提高肌耐力和体力活动能力。 Objective To explore the effect of exercise rehabilitation on patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods A total of 92 patients with chronic kidney disease treated in the 148th Hospital of Zibo from January 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group with 46 cases in each group by stratified sampling method.The control group received routine exercise rehabilitation training,while the observation group received moderate intensity exercise training on the basis of the control group.The rate of renal function decline,muscle endurance and physical activity level of the two groups were observed and compared.Results Glomerular Filtration Rate(GFR)decline rate and Serum Creatinine(SCr)level were compared between the observation group and control group,and there were group,time and interaction effects(P<0.05).There were group,time and interaction effects in the comparison of muscle endurance level between the two groups(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the level of physical activity between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months and 6 months of intervention,the physical activity ability of the two groups was higher than before intervention,and the physical activity ability level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Moderate intensity exercise rehabilitation training helps to slow down the decline of renal function,improve muscle endurance and physical activity ability.
