循证护理在糖尿病视网膜病变手术护理中的应用

Application of evidence-based nursing in surgical nursing of diabetic retinopathy

目的:探讨循证护理在糖尿病视网膜病变手术护理中的应用效果。方法:选取徐州市第一人民医院手术室2022年1~12月收治的糖尿病视网膜病变手术患者120例为研究对象,根据入院顺序将其分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。两组各由20名巡回护士执行对应护理措施。对照组给予常规手术室护理,观察组给予循证护理(Evidence Based Nursing,EBN)模式。于患者手术结束时,使用该院自行拟定的手术室护理质量评定量表,对两组责任护士的临床护理质量进行综合评定,同时对比两组患者的手术时间、苏醒时间以及住院时间,另将两组患者的手术并发症发生率进行对比。结果:经系统评估,观察组巡回护士各项手术室护理质量指标评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、苏醒时间及住院时间低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);手术期间内,观察组手术并发症发生率(1.67%)低于对照组(11.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理可有效提升糖尿病视网膜病变手术的护理质量水平,缩短该疾病患者的手术时间、苏醒时间及住院时间,在此基础上,显著降低手术并发症的发生概率。

Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in diabetic retinopathy operation.Methods A total of 120 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to the operating room of the First People's Hospital of Xuzhou from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the admission order,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The corresponding nursing measures were carried out by 20 itinerant nurses in each group.The control group was given routine operating room care,while the observation group was given evidence-based nursing(EBN)mode.At the end of the operation,the clinical nursing quality of the two groups of responsible nurses was comprehensively assessed by using the operating room nursing quality rating scale developed by the hospital.At the same time,the operation time,recovery time and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared,and the incidence of surgical complications of the two groups was compared.Results According to the systematic evaluation,the nursing quality index scores of itinerant nurses in the operating room in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Operation time,recovery time and hospital stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the operation,the incidence of complications in the observation group(1.67%)was lower than that in the control group(11.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Evidence-based nursing can effectively improve the quality of care in diabetic retinopathy surgery,shorten the operation time,recovery time and hospitalization time of patients with this disease,and on this basis,significantly reduce the occurrence probability of surgical complications.
