Overviews of Global Report on Trafficking in Persons 2020

2021年2月,联合国毒品和犯罪问题办公室(UNODC)第五次发布了每两年一版的有关全球人口贩运的报告。报告利用来自148个国家的数据,探讨了与当前危机密切相关的诸多问题,如社会经济因素对人口贩运的影响、贩运儿童和强迫劳动背后的驱动因子以及贩运者对互联网的利用等。报告指出强迫劳动呈上升态势、各国刑事司法对人口贩运犯罪化的反应并不相同等将是全球人口贩运面临的长期态势。在此基础之上,进一步提出了诸如成立专门的跨部门打击人口贩运的国家机构等政策建议。

In February,2021,the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime(UNODC)published the fifth global report on Trafficking in Persons,which draws on data from 148 countries and explores issues of particular relevance in the current crisis,including the impact of socio-economic factors,drivers of child trafficking and trafficking for forced labour,and traffickers'use of the internet.The report also pointed out two long-term trends of the global trafficking in persons,and nine policy considerations.
