摘要
为确定酸处理及浸渍时间的长短对遗态材料光催化性能的影响,使用麻纤维作为生物模板来制备氮掺杂的ZnO遗态材料。通过XRD,SEM,BET对所制备材料的成分及微观构造进行表征,测定其光催化性能。结果表明:用质量分数0.01的盐酸对麻纤维预处理3 h,ZnCl 2溶液浸渍1 h,并在600℃高温下持续煅烧3 h,所制备的遗态ZnO比表面积达到328.9 m 2·g^(-1),光催化性能最好,对亚甲基蓝指示剂的降解率高达94.9%。
In order to determine the influence of the duration of acid treatment and immersion on the photocatalytic performance of the legacy material,hemp fiber was used as a biological template to prepare the nitrogen-doped ZnO legacy material.The composition and microstructure of the prepared materials were characterized by XRD,SEM,and BET,and the photocatalytic performance was tested.The results showed that when the hemp fiber was pretreated with hydrochloric acid with a mass fraction of 0.01 for 3 h,soaked in ZnCl 2 solution for 1 h,and calcined at 600℃for 3 h,the specific surface area of the prepared ZnO reached 328.9 m 2·g^(-1),the photocatalytic performance was the best,and the degradation rate of methylene blue indicator was as high as 94.9%.
