非接触眼压计在青光眼患者眼压测量中的应用效果

Application Effect of Non-contact Tonometer in Intraocular Pressure Measurement of Glaucoma Patients

目的探讨非接触眼压计在青光眼患者眼压测量中的临床应用效果。方法本次研究起止时间为2019年9月至2021年3月,选取200例青光眼患者(310眼)作为观察对象,依次对患者进行非接触眼压计、Goldmann眼压计眼压测量,比较不同眼压测量方案的临床效果以及青光眼的检出率。结果非接触眼压计眼压测量值范围在6~50 mm Hg,Goldmann眼压计眼压测量值范围在6~58 mm Hg;对于眼压≤21 mm Hg的青光眼患者,非接触眼压计与Goldmann眼压计在眼压测量结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对于眼压>21 mm Hg的青光眼患者,非接触眼压计眼压测量值低于Goldmann眼压计眼压测量值(P<0.05)。应用非接触眼压计检测出293例青光眼,检出率为97.7%,应用Goldmann眼压计检出211例青光眼,检出率为68.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对青光眼患者而言,非接触眼压计眼压测量具有操作简单、安全无创、不良反应少的优势,适用于大范围青光眼患者的筛查。对于处于临界眼压值的青光眼患者,推荐使用Goldmann眼压计眼压测量,以提高检出率,及时发现病理性眼压指标,为患者的治疗提供数据参考。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of non-contact tonometer in the measurement of intraocular pressure in patients with glaucoma.Methods The study started and ended from September 2019 to March 2021.During this time period,200 glaucoma patients(310 eyes)were selected as observation objects,and the patients were subjected to non-contact tonometer and Goldmann tonometer in turn IOP measurement,compare the clinical effects of different IOP measurement programs and glaucoma detection rate.Results The intraocular pressure measurement range of the non-contact tonometer was within 6-50 mm Hg,and the Goldmann tonometer's intraocular pressure measurement range was within 6-58 mm Hg.For patients with glaucoma with intraocular pressure≤21 mm Hg,there was no significant difference between non-contact tonometer and Goldmann tonometer in intraocular pressure measurement(P>0.05),and for patients with glaucoma with intraocular pressure>21 mm Hg,non-contact tonometer intraocular pressure measurement was lower than Goldmann tonometer intraocular pressure measurement(P<0.05).A total of 293 cases of glaucoma were detected by non-contact tonometer,with a detection rate of 97.7%,and 211 cases of glaucoma were detected by Goldmann tonometer,with a detection rate of 68.1%,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For glaucoma patients,non-contact tonometer has the advantages of simple operation,safety,noninvasive and less adverse reactions,which is suitable for screening a wide range of glaucoma patients.For glaucoma patients with critical intraocular pressure,Goldmann tonometer is recommended to improve the detection rate and detect pathological intraocular pressure indexes in time,provide data reference for the treatment of patients.
