摘要
目的探讨二维超声心动图在慢性肾脏疾病患者心血管疾病筛查中的应用效果。方法选取2019年2月至2023年2月在我院健康体检中心参加体检的40例慢性肾脏疾病受检者为观察组,并以同期行健康体检的40名健康受检者为对照组,两组受检者均接受二维超声心动图检查与实验室生化检验,分析生化检验指标与二维超声心动图检查结果的相关性,评价二维超声心动图在该类患者心血管疾病筛查中的应用价值。结果两组受检者的TG、LDL-C、UA与Hb水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的BUN、Cr水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组受检者的LVDs、LVDd、LVEDV、LVESV、LAD均高于对照组,其E/A低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过Pearson系数相关性分析,观察组受检者的BUN与LVDd、LAD存在正相关性(r=0.287、0.436,P<0.05);Cr与LVDs、LVDd、LVEDV、LVESV、LAD存在正相关性(r=0.435、0.506、0.347、0.302、0.342,P<0.05),与E/A存在负相关性(r=-0.339,P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,LAD与LVDd是BUN的独立风险因素,而LAD、LVDs、LVDd、E/A是Cr的独立风险因素。结论二维超声心动图有助于慢性肾脏疾病患者的心血管疾病筛查,可准确评估患者的心血管病情状况,且检查指标与患者的肾功能指标密切相关。
Objective To explore the application effect of two-dimensional echocardiography in cardiovascular disease screening in patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods Forty patients with chronic kidney disease who were underwent physical examinations at our hospital's health examination center from February 2019 to February 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 40 healthy patients who were underwent physical examinations at the same time were selected as the control group.The patients in two groups were underwent two-dimensional echocardiography and laboratory biochemical testing.The correlation between biochemical test indicators and the results of two-dimensional echocardiography were analyzed,and the application value of two-dimensional echocardiography in screening cardiovascular diseases were evaluated.Results There was no statistically significant difference in TG,LDL-C,UA,and Hb levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The BUN and Cr levels of the observation group patients were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The LVDs,LVDd,LVEDV,LVESV,and LAD of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and their E/A was lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Through Pearson coefficient correlation analysis,there was a positive correlation between BUN and LVDd,LAD in the observation group(r=0.287,0.436,P<0.05),Cr has a positive correlation with LVDs,LVDd,LVEDV,LVESV,and LAD(r=0.435,0.506,0.347,0.302,0.342,P<0.05),and there was negative correlation with E/A(r=-0.339,P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that LAD and LVDd were independent risk factors for BUN,while LAD,LVDs,LVDd,and E/A were independent risk factors for Cr.Conclusion Two dimensional echocardiography is helpful for screening cardiovascular diseases in patients with chronic kidney disease,accurately assessing the patient's cardiovascular condition,and the examination indicators are closely related to the patient's renal function indicators.
