骨折治疗与运动康复一体化模式对股骨转子间骨折患者运动功能恢复的影响

Integration Model of Fracture Treatment and Motor Rehabilitation on the Recovery of Motor Function in Patients with Intertrochanteric Fracture

目的分析在股骨转子间骨折患者管理中开展骨折治疗与运动康复一体化模式对其运动功能恢复的影响。方法现将2021年2月至2023年2月我院骨科接收的60例股骨转子间骨折患者运用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各30例,两组患者均接受骨折手术治疗,给予对照组患者常规康复护理,观察组患者则联合运动康复一体化模式,对比两组的临床护理效果。结果护理治疗后,观察组的护理服务质量与对照组相比显著提高,患者的焦虑情绪与对照组相比得到显著改善,术后下床活动时间以及骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组,术后疼痛程度与对照组相比明显减轻,术后护理不良事件发生率和并发症发生率与对照组相比显著降低,患者术后1、2、3个月的髋关节功能恢复效果明显优于对照组,肢体运动功能以及生活活动能力与对照组相比得到显著恢复(P<0.05)。结论在股骨转子间骨折患者管理中开展骨折治疗与运动康复一体化模式,对于提升临床护理服务质量、增强患者认知度及舒适度、提高患者依从性、减少患者术后并发症发生、促进患者运动功能恢复效果以及改善患者生活质量方面发挥着重要的作用。

Objective To analyze the effects of fracture treatment and motor rehabilitation in the management of intertrochanteric fracture patients.Methods From February 2021 to February 2023 in our hospital department received 60 cases of intertrochanteric fracture using random number table method is divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group,two groups of patients are fracture surgical treatment,while the control group of patients routine rehabilitation care,observation group patients add sports rehabilitation integration mode,detailed comparison of the two groups eventually achieve clinical nursing effect.Results After nursing treatment,nursing service quality of the observation group significantly improved compared with the control group,patients'anxiety significantly improved compared with the control group,postoperative activity time and fracture healing time is significantly shorter than the control group,postoperative pain is significantly reduced compared with the control group,the incidence of postoperative nursing adverse events and complications are significantly reduced compared with the control group,the patients after 1 month,2 months,3 months of hip function recovery is significantly better than the control group,limb movement function and life activity were significantly recovered compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of intertrochanteric fracture patients fracture treatment and sports rehabilitation integration mode,to improve clinical nursing service quality,enhance patient awareness and comfort,improve patient compliance,reduce postoperative complications,promote patients with movement function recovery effect and improve the quality of life plays an important role.
