综合护理在瘢痕子宫早期妊娠药物流产中的应用价值

Analysis of Nursing Measures for Drug Induced Abortion in Early Pregnancy of Scar Uterus

目的研究瘢痕子宫早期妊娠药物流产的护理效果。方法选取本院于2021年1月至2022年12月收治的瘢痕子宫早期妊娠药物流产患者117例,对照组(50例,行常规药物指导)和观察组(67例,行综合护理)。结果观察组瘢痕子宫早期妊娠药物流产患者阴道流血时间、β-HCG恢复时间、月经来潮时间分别为(9.60±1.45)d、(12.94±2.63)d、(35.82±3.46)d,短于对照组,对比结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组瘢痕子宫早期妊娠药物流产患者流产后1 d、流产后2 d、流产后3 d的VAS评分分别为(3.26±0.52)分、(2.65±0.42)分、(2.03±0.30)分,低于对照组,对比结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组瘢痕子宫早期妊娠药物流产患者护理技能、护理态度、护理效果分别为(92.17±2.38)分、(95.28±1.85)分、(87.60±3.24)分,高于对照组(t=6.657、8.049、6.801,P<0.05)。观察组瘢痕子宫早期妊娠药物流产患者睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠障碍评分分别为(0.82±0.21)分、(0.70±0.15)分、(0.54±0.14)分、(0.61±0.17)分,低于对照组,对比结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组瘢痕子宫早期妊娠药物流产患者情绪管理、饮食管理、生活管理评分分别为(87.25±1.62)分、(82.25±1.48)分、(85.37±1.25)分,高于对照组,对比结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组瘢痕子宫早期妊娠药物流产患者感染、流产不全、子宫穿孔总发生率为4.48%,低于对照组,对比结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瘢痕子宫早期妊娠药物流产应用综合护理的效果显著优于常规药物指导。

Objective To study the nursing effect of drug induced abortion in early pregnancy of scar uterus.Methods The 117 patients with early pregnancy induced abortion of scar uterus admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected,including the control group(50 cases,guided by conventional medication)and the observation group(67 cases,comprehensive care).Results The observation group,vaginal bleeding time,the recovery time ofβ-HCG and the onset time of menstruation were(9.60±1.45)d,(12.94±2.63)d,and(35.82±3.46)d,respectively,which were shorter than those the control group(P<0.05).The VAS pain scores of patients in the observation group were(3.26±0.52)points,(2.65±0.42)points,and(2.03±0.30)points on the first day,second day,and third day after abortion,respectively,which were lower than those the control group(P<0.05).The nursing skills,attitudes,and outcomes of patients with drug induced abortion in early pregnancy of scar uterus the observation group were(92.17±2.38)points,(95.28±1.85)points,and(87.60±3.24)points,respectively,which were higher than those the control group(t=6.657,8.049,6.801,P<0.05).The sleep quality,time to fall asleep,sleep time,and sleep disorder scores of patients with drug induced abortion in early pregnancy of scar uterus in the observation group were(0.82±0.21)points,(0.70±0.15)points,(0.54±0.14)points,and(0.61±0.17)points,respectively,which were lower than those the control group(P<0.05).The scores of emotional management,dietary management,and life management for patients with drug induced abortion in early pregnancy of scar uterus in the observation group were(87.25±1.62)points,(82.25±1.48)points,and(85.37±1.25)points,respectively,which were higher than those the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of infection,incomplete abortion,and uterine perforation in patients with drug induced abortion in early pregnancy of scar uterus in the observation group was 4.48%,which was lower than that the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of drug induced abortion in early pregnancy of scar uterus under comprehensive nursing is significantly better than that under conventional drug guidance.
