循证护理在急性阑尾炎阑尾切除术后并发症中的应用效果

Application Effect of Evidence-based Nursing in Postoperative Complications of Acute Appendicitis after Appendectomy

目的研究急性阑尾炎阑尾切除术后患者行循证护理的效果。方法选择我院2020年8月至2022年8月收治的90例急性阑尾炎阑尾切除术后患者,以随机取样法分为对照组(常规护理)、循证组(循证护理),各45例,比较两组疗效。结果护理前两组生活质量、血清学指标及睡眠质量差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;护理后,较对照组,循证组QOL评分更高,IL-6、TNF-α、CRP、WBC指标更低,首次下床时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间、体温恢复时间及住院时间更短,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;循证组满意度(97.78%)高于对照组(86.67%),循证组并发症发生率(4.44%)低于对照组(17.78%),差异有统计学意义,χ^(2)=3.873、4.050,P=0.049、0.044。结论循证护理可改善急性阑尾炎阑尾切除术后患者的生活质量、睡眠质量,调节血清学指标,促进术后排气排尿,缩短疗程,降低并发症发生风险。

Objective To study the effectiveness of evidence-based nursing for patients with acute appendicitis after appendectomy.Methods The data were collected from 90 patients with acute appendicitis who underwent appendectomy in our hospital from August 2020 to August 2022.The random sampling method was used to divide them into a reference group(routine nursing)and an evidence-based group(evidence-based nursing),with 45 patients in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no difference in quality of life,serum indicators,and sleep quality before nursing analysis,P>0.05.After nursing,the evidence-based group had a higher QOL score compared to the reference group,IL-6、TNF-α、CRP and WBC indicators were lower,first time out of bed,anal discharge,defecation,temperature recovery,and hospital stay were shorter,statistically significant,P<0.05.The satisfaction rate of the evidence-based group(97.78%)was higher than that of the reference group(86.67%),and the complication rate of the evidence-based group(4.44%)was lower than that of the reference group(17.78%),statistically significant,χ^(2)=3.873,4.050,P=0.049,0.044.Conclusion Evidence based nursing can improve the quality of life and sleep of patients with acute appendicitis after appendectomy,regulate serum indicators,promote postoperative exhaust and urination,shorten the course of treatment,reduce the risk of complications.
