摘要
试验旨在研究黄芪、蒲公英和金银花复方中草药对奶牛产奶性能、血清生化、抗氧化、免疫指标的影响。选取20头处于泌乳中期的中国荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复1头奶牛。对照组奶牛饲喂基础日粮,各试验组分别在基础日粮中添加100、200、300 g/d的中草药添加剂。预试期10 d,正式试验期21 d。结果显示,试验第1~3周,试验Ⅲ组奶牛的平均日产奶量最高,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅲ组奶牛的乳脂率最高,对照组奶牛的乳脂率显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅲ组奶牛体细胞数最低,显著低于对照组和试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。对照组奶牛血清谷草转氨酶(AST)和肌酸激酶(CK)活性最高,显著高于试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅰ组奶牛血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量最高,显著高于对照组和试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。研究表明,黄芪、蒲公英和金银花复方中草药添加剂能够显著提升奶牛的平均日产奶量和乳脂率,改善奶牛的肝肾功能,但对牛奶中乳蛋白和乳糖含量影响不明显,适宜添加量为200 g/d。
The experiment was conducted to study the effect of Astragalus,dandelion and honeysuckle compound Chinese herbal medicine on milk production performance and serum biochemical,antioxidant and immune indexes of dairy cows.Twenty Chinese Holstein dairy cows in mid-lactation were randomly selected and divided into four groups,with five replicates in each group and one cows in each replicate.Cows in control group were fed with basal diet,and experimental groups were with fed basal diet supplemented with 100,200 and 300 g/d Chinese herbal additives,respectively.The pre-test lasted for 10 d and the formal experiment lasted for 21 d.The results showed that the average daily milk yield of cows in groupⅢwas the highest during 1 to 3 w,which was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The milk fat percentage of groupⅢwas the highest,and that of control group was significantly lower than that of other groups(P<0.05).The somatic cell count of groupⅢwas the lowest,which was significantly lower than that of control group and groupⅠ(P<0.05).The activity of AST and CK in serum of cows in control group were the highest,which was significantly higher than those in groupⅡand groupⅢ(P<0.05).The serum IgG content in groupⅠwas the highest,and significantly higher than that in control group and groupⅢ(P<0.05).The study indicates that the additive mixture of Astragalus,dandelion and honeysuckle can significantly improve the average daily milk yield and milk fat percentage of dairy cows,improve the liver and kidney functions of dairy cows,but have no obvious effect on milk protein and lactose content of milk,and the appropriate additive amount is 200 g/d.
