肺结节切除术后是否留置胸管的术后康复效果比较

Comparative study about rehabilitation effect of preserving thoracic duct or not after pulmonary nodule resection

目的比较肺结节切除术后是否留置胸管对患者恢复效果的影响.方法回顾性分析50例术后不留置胸管的病例(实验组)和50例术后留置胸管的病例(对照组),比较两组患者术中、术后的康复情况,以及住院相关费用情况.结果除了术中出血量、下床活动时间、术后并发症情况,实验组的手术时间、术后住院天数、术后抗生素使用时间、术后疼痛度评分、出院转归情况均优于对照组(P<0.01);除了抗菌药物费用,实验组的各项住院费用均明显低于对照组(P<0.01).结论术后不留置胸管的患者术后康复情况和住院费用明显优于术后留置胸管的患者.

Objective To compare the effect of patients'recovery of preserving thoracic duct or not after pulmonary nodule resection.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 50 cases(experimental group)without thoracic duct and 50 cases(control group)with thoracic duct after pulmonary nodule resection.And then rehablitation and hospitalization expenses were compared between the two groups.Result In addition to the amount of bleeding during operation,the time of getting out of bed and the complications after operation,the operation time,the days of hospitalization after operation,the time of using antibiotics after operation,the score of pain degree after operation and the outcome of discharge in the experimental gropu were better than those in the control groupP(<0.01).In addition to the cost of antibiotics,the hospitalization expenses of the expemri ental group were significantly lower than those of the contro glroup P(<0.01).Conclusion Postoperative rehabilitation and hospitalization costs of pateints without thoracic duct were significantly better than those of patients with thoracic duct.
