ABC认知行为疗法、精神症状评定联合达沃斯认知偏差评定对妄想型精神分裂症患者服药依从性及应对方式的影响

Effect of cognitive behavior therapy on medication compliance and coping style in patients with delusional schizophrenia

目的探究妄想型精神分裂症患者在ABC认知行为疗法、精神症状评定联合达沃斯认知偏差评定的治疗下对服药依从性及应对方式的影响.方法选择2020年11月-2021年6月在天津市安宁医院进行就诊的妄想型精神分裂症患者50例进行此次研究,采用电脑随机数方法将50例患者分为两组,每组各25例,对照组患者仅使用抗精神疾病的药物进行治疗,观察组患者在使用抗精神疾病药物治疗的基础上加以认知行为疗法(1h/d,共治疗28d).结果治疗9周、18周后,两组评分较治疗前均有所下降,且观察组患者评分均低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后的两组患者积极应对评分显著高于治疗前,且观察组患者的积极应对评分显著高于对照组;消极应对评分显著低于治疗前,且观察组患者的消极应对评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组的治疗疗效、服药依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论ABC认知行为疗法、精神症状评定联合达沃斯认知偏差评定可以有效提高妄想型精神分裂症患者的治疗疗效、服药依从性及积极应对方式,值得在临床上推广和应用.

Objective To study the effect of ABC cognitive behavior therapy,psychiatric symptom assessment,and Davos cognitive bias assessment on medication compliance and coping style in delusional and schizophrenic patients.Methods A total of 50 patients with delusional schizophrenia from November 2020 to June 2021n i our hospital,there were 25 patients in each group,and the aptients in the control group received only antiepileptic drugs,while hte patients in the observation group received cognitive behavioral therapy on the premise of antipsychotic drugs(1 h/d,28 days)R.esults After 9 weeks and 18 weeks of treatment,the scores of patient sin both groups were lower than those before treatment.The scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group P(<0.05).After treatment,the scores of patients in both groups were higher than those before treatment.The scores of active response of the observation team were significantly higher than those of the cnotrol group,while the scores of depression resolution of the boservation team were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of passvie resolution of the observation team were lower than those otfh e control group P(<0.05).The efficiency and effectiveness of the patients in th eobservation group were significantly higher than those in thec ontrol group P(<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive therapy can effectively improve the actual therapeuitc effect,medication compliance and positive coping methods of patients with imaginary schizophrenia,which needs to be comprehensively promoted in clinical medicine.
