创伤救治体系管理模式应用于临床创伤救治的价值

The value of trauma treatment system management model applied to clinical trauma treatment

目的探讨创伤救治体系管理模式(后文简称"救治管理")应用于临床创伤救治的价值.方法将2021年1月-2021年6月构建救治管理前救治的62例创伤患者设为对照组,2021年7月-12月构建该模式后救治的63例创伤患者设为观察组.比较两组的救治时效、生命支持完成情况、死亡率.结果观察组的入院至分流时间、院内血液样本送检时间、首次CT检查时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),两组的出车准备时间、救治团队到达时间、现场救治时间比较,无明显差别(P>0.05).观察组伤者的死亡率低于对照组,8min高级生命救治完成率、30min内确定手术方案率均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论救治管理能提高救治时效和生命支持的效率,从而降低创伤急救的死亡率.

Objective To explore the value of trauma treatment system management mode(hereinafter referred to as"treatment management")in clinical trauma treatment.M ethods 62 trauma patients treated before the establishment of treatment management from January 2021 to June 2021 were set as the control group,and 63trauma patients treated after the establishment of the modelr fom July 2021 to December 2021 were set as the observation group.The etartment time,life support completion and mortality of the twog roups were compared.Results The time from admission to shunt,the time for sending blood samples in the hospital and the time for the first CT examination in the observation group were shorter than those i nthe control group P(<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the time for preparing for the car,the timefo r the rescue team to arrive,and the time for on-site treatmnet P(>0.05).The death rate of the injured in the observation group was lowre than that in the control group,and the completion rate of avdanced life treatment in 8 minutes and the rate of determining the operation plan in 30 minutes were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment management can improve the efficiency of treatment timeliness and life support,thus reducing mortality.
