前馈控制在血液透析导管相关性血流感染护理中的应用

Application of Feedforward Control in nursing care of hemodialysis catheter-related bloodstream infection

目的研究前馈控制护理应用于血液透析导管相关性血流感染(CRBSI)中的作用.方法选取天津医科大学第二医院2021年1月-2022年11月收治的60例血液透析患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和干预组各30例,对照组实施常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上实施前馈控制护理,比较两组的CRBSI发生率与护理满意率.结果干预组CRBSI发生率远低于对照组(P<0.05),干预组护理满意率远高于对照组(P<0.05).结论前馈控制护理应用于血液透析CRBSI的预防控制效果显著,能减少CRBSI的发生,得到更高的护理满意度,值得推广应用.

Objective To study the effect of feedforward control nursing on hemodialysis catheter-related bloodstream infection.Methods A total of 60 hemodialysis patients from January 2021 to Novemebr 2022 were randomly divided into control group and intervenotin group,with 30 patients in each group,the control group was given rotuine nursing intervention and the control group was given feedofrward control nursing.The incidence of CRBSI and nursing evaluation were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of CRBSI was lower in the intervention group(P<0.05),and the total satisfaction rate was significantly higher in the intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Feedforward Control Nursing Care in hemodialysis CRBSI prevention and control effect is significant,can reduce the occurrence o fCRBSI,get a higher degree of nursing satisfaction,it is worht promoting the application.
