护理人员对克罗恩病患者家庭肠内营养管理行为现状及其相关影响因素分析

Analysis of nursing staff's management behavior of family enteral nutrition in patients with Crohn's disease and its related influencing factors

目的探讨护理人员对克罗恩病(CD)患者家庭肠内营养(HEN)管理行为的影响因素.方法选取2021年1月-2022年1月南昌大学第二附属医院消化内科的护理人员22名,评估所有护理人员对CD患者HEN管理行为情况,设计基线资料调查表,详细统计所有护理人员的基线资料,比较不同资料特征护理人员HEN管理行为评分,重点分析护理人员对CD患者HEN管理行为的影响因素.结果经评估,22名护理人员对CD患者的HEN管理行为评分为(30.18±5.28)分;不同工作年限、受教育程度、职称及聘用形式护理人员的HEN管理行为评分比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05),其他不同资料特征护理人员的HEN管理行为评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);经多元线性回归分析,结果显示,受教育程度低、工作年限短、职称低及非在编均是护理人员对CD患者HEN管理行为的影响因素(P<0.05).结论护理人员对CD患者HEN管理行为水平较低,受教育程度低、工作年限短、职称低及非在编均是护理人员对CD患者HEN管理行为的影响因素.

Objective To explore the influence factors on HEN management behavior of nursing staff in patients with Crohn's disease(CD).Methods A total of 22 nursing staff in the gastroenterology department of the hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected to evaluate the HEN management behavior of all nursing staff in patients with CD.The baseline data questionnaire was designed to make detailed statistics on the baseline data of all nursing staff,and the scores of HEN management behavior of nursing staff with different data characteristics were compared.The influence factors of nursing staff on HEN management behavior of CD patients were anaylzed.Results The HEN management behavior score of 22 nurses for CD patientsw as(30.18±5.28).There were statistical differences in HEN management behavior scores among nursing staff with different working years,education level,professional title and employment form(P<0.05),but there were no statistical differences in HEN managme ent behavior scores among nursing staff with other data charatceristics P(>0.05).Through multiple linear regression analysis,the resulst showed that low education level,short working years,low prfoessional title and non-working were all influencing factors for HEN managemen tbehavior of nursing staff in patients with CDP(<0.05).Conclusion Nursing staff have a low level of HEN management behavior in C Dpatients.Low education level,short working years,low professional title and non-working are all influencing factors of nursing staff's HEN management behavior in CD patients.
