揿针治疗对于剖宫产术后患者排气的疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of pressing needle therapy on patients with exhaust after cesarean section

目的探讨揿针治疗对于剖宫产术后患者排气的疗效.方法选择北京市丰台区某医院在2021年8月-2021年12月收治的100例妇产科住院的剖宫产手术患者为研究对象.采用随机数字表法,将全部纳入研究的产妇分为两组,对照组50例,试验组50例.对照组采用常规的剖宫产术后西医干预方法,试验组在对照组干预方式基础上联合使用揿针治疗的方式.对比两组的肠功能恢复时间,腹痛、腹胀及恶心、呕吐情况,术后住院时间,医疗费用及治疗效果.结果试验组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间均短于对照组患者(P<0.05).在手术后3d内,试验组患者的腹痛、腹胀、恶心、呕吐严重程度均明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05).试验组术后住院时间和医疗费用均少于对照组(P<0.05).试验组治疗效果分级优于对照组(P<0.05).结论在剖宫产术后患者的干预过程中,使用揿针治疗的方式,可有效促进产妇术后的胃肠功能恢复,降低术后不良反应的严重程度,提升治疗效果,缩短术后住院时间,降低医疗费用,对临床工作具有重要应用价值.

Objective To explore the curative effect of pressing needle therapy on patients with exhaust after cesarean section.Methods A total of 100 patients with cesarean section admitted by a hospital in Fengtai District of Beijing from August 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.Using the method of randomn umbers,all the pregnant women included in the study were divdied into two groups,50 in the control group and 50 in the test group.h Te control group was treated with routine western medicine intrevention after cesarean section.The test group used press needle therapy on the basis of intervention in the control group.Compare the recovery time of intestinal function,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting,length of hospital stay,medical expenses andtr eatment effect between the two groups.Results The recovery time of bowel sounds,the time of first exhaust and the time of first defecation of patients in the test group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Within 3 days after operation,the severity of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control groupP(<0.05).The length of hospital stay and medical expenses in the test groupw ere less than those in the control groupP(<0.05).The treatment effect grading of the test group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the intervention process of patients after cesarean section,the strategy of using press needle treatmentc an effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal functoi n after operation,reduce the severity of adverse reactions after operation,improve the treatment effect,shorten the postoperative hospital stay,and reduce medical costs,which has important application value for clinical work.
